Hyatt House, our brand-new hotel located in the RDU-Brier Creek area of Raleigh, is seeking an experienced leader to supervise the housekeeping department.

Job Description- Supervise, train and work alongside housekeeping staff to ensure all hotel rooms are cleaned and maintained to Hyatt standards.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Overseeing and managing all Guest Room attendants, Laundry attendants and Houseman
Ensure lost property is kept in a secure location and returned to its owner when requested
Inventory stock and place weekly guest supply orders
Supports and supervises an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public space
Ensure guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner
Understanding of all standards of room cleanliness
Complete inspections and holds associates accountable for corrective action
Conducts departmental meetings
Participates in the manager on duty program
Cross train in all departments
Ensure all employees have properly stocked carts, good working equipment and proper uniforms
Bilingual applicants are encouraged
Previous Hospitality or Housekeeping Leadership experience a must
Must be Flexible, weekends are a MUST
Be self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
Ability to respond appropriately to all guests’ complaints or concerns
Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary
Previous Hotel and management experience a must
